question about a motormate

Have 1991 P2 with a 91 Merc 200. Just wondered what everyones thoughts were on the motormate engine stabilizer and what model I would need for my boat.Thanks in advance

BassCat has always recommended a full length transom saver. Their web site should help you identify the one youll need. Its based on the brand and size of engine you have. Brand of boat is not a factor.

I have the motor mate but does it put too much stress on the transom?

You can put whatever you want on, its just that the full length transom savers have always been the preferred ones by BassCat.
