I love mine but I will switch to the other side of the horn from Phil. Bobs is the one to get for no other reason but the gauge is 100x better than the Detwilers gauge. Truth is they probably shouldnt even put a gauge on the Detwiler. If you were to go with the dial I would rank them equal but then that makes the price higher and opens the room up for failure. The Bobs moves quicker too which can be a pro and con all at the same time. You have to pay a lot more attention to where the motor is in relationship to the plate and transom on the Detwiler too or you can break off a steering fitting, a buddy of mine did it. You have to jack it pretty high to do it but when you arent looking and just stepping on the button it can happen. It is a coin toss and personal preference. I had a Detwiler on my 07 Puma and a Bobs on my 08 FTD. Good luck. Judd Lasiter
