Phil what did you use for the grommets in the picture you added to thread 95 Pantera II Dual Console – Rod storage questions at the rod handles. They look like rubber and very nice I would like to use the same at this time I only have the front rack made and been thinking about adding the rear, I like what you have done.

Those are rubber grommets that I got from Bobby Lee in BCB Parts. They are too thick to fit the cutting board material so i cut the back flange off the grommet and then siliconed them in the cutting board. No need to strap the rods. They stay in place all the time and the reels dont touch.

Anyone have any Idea what BCB would use these grommets for.

Good guesses drove me to think the passenger side rod holders on single console , Looked at pictures on line but cant tell, does give me something to at least ask about when I call parts. Man they just sent me a whole bunch of stuff, Bobby going to think I crazy, I do this every year and when my rig comes out of Michigan cold storage I have a week worth of work putting all the stuff on it. Lol lol I already know I going to have fun putting in a new rub rail rope. lol lol
