The stress that the motor toter put on the transom as it was launched would be significant. It would depend on how much stress the straps softened a blow. Get the images to Service and they will see what they can do. They will be honest and give a real time estimate. The trailer and any LCR, motor work or other damages would help your cause some. Though it is what it is.
