the main power switch. I cleaned it and it helped for awhile. When the problem returned I installed a relay that the switch now triggers. Instead of sending all main power through the switch the big load is through the relay. I havent had any problems with the dash voltage being low and it also cured a problem with the front Lowrance Lcx depth finder powering off when I hit the start key on the big motor. It used to power itself off when I started the motor. Hope this helps. BTW, if you decide to go this route be sure you place the relay in an area that water cannot reach.
