Man Sean, talk about jammingitalltogether. The switches on the dash should function the manual bilges no matter. The automatics should work with the switch on and they are activated by the ball float assembly in the seat pedestal area. Since it is the horn, we suspect other issues as the horn should be hot all the time. This may require a call to your local dealership, or parts here and we would be glad to help. BCB
i am going to check out the connections tonight and get a better idea if the motors may be bad or something is loose. are you saying that the automatic pumps will only work with the button on the touch pad or do they have power with the masterpower switch?
The auto pump will only work when the bilge button on the dash is set to auto. Then the ball float switch will activate the pump. This system will work even with the master power switch turned off (providing that you have activated it with the dash button). On my 2002 classic, even with the master power switch off, the auto light on the dash will remain lighted. Hope that clears it up some. really… i will have to check to see if mine stays lit. thanks
i just checked all of the pumps in the bilge. i took one out that i knew worked and tried each one hooked upto those wires and all 5 pumps in the bilge work. when they are all plugged into where they belong to 2 that are side by side on the floor of the bilge and the one by itself that is close to the transom are not getting power to them. could it be a bad touch pad at this point? i tried the horn and i hear a click butr no horn. i also checked out the livewell flap(the switch that says empty and automatic) and the cable snapped right at the bend of the cable where it connects to the switch. i rebent it and hooked it back up beut was unable to test. i lost alot on range of motion. how much does it need to activate?
Sean, Give us a call tomorrow and if they dont have anyone available, ask for Bobby or Rick. They (Bobby Lee & Kelly) have been very busy on the phone and shipping parts out. Plus Scott took the week off to be with Family. Which he should do! BCB
first let me say this was my first trip out in my new to me 2003 P4. day started out bad because i decided to put the plug in the livewell drain. for whatever reason i deside to leave the trailer in the water for a little bit instead of going off and parking it right after dumping the boat in(thank god i did that). got the boat back on the trailer and it took 10 minutes to empty, but either my automatic pump did not kick on or my manual one after switching it on. is there somthing i should look at first other then the pumps themselves? would both pumps go bad at the same time? also the horn does not work. are all of these connected in some way? also i have to check the livewell flap because the livewells were filling up on there own. also there is no tension on the switch at all so it maybe disconnected behind the switch. does this pop on and off on the easier side, or do you think i may need a replacement part possibly?? thanks sean
????
Those should be in soon, though will not be Stearns brand. There are no more like the Stearns we previously offered. We believe these are a custom by Mustang.
How about the preferred glue/adhesive for carpet around lids?

BCB has not, nor intends to, ever sold or endorsed the inflatables. The owners position is they are fine for wearing while fishing if your sure it will operate.
I really thought I saw an inflatable a couple weeks ago on your website and now its gone?
Sorry High Cotton, seems we keep missing that carpet issue? Use regular ole Contact Cement from your local hardware supply.
Marine Goop does the trick as well
