A friend sent some cell phone pics of the damage a raccoon had done to his Charger bass boat this winter. The critter went under the cover and lived there all winter. It ate the drivers and passengers seats, wiring, butt seat and some trim work. Plus the boat smelled from coon droppings. He had illness and this holiday was his first time to the lake this year.I also leave my Puma on a hoist year round. After a coon ate the butt seat on my old Cat, I started putting small bags of mothballs under the cover when I left it on the hoist. The security people said they have seen coons start to go under my cover and leave quickly so the mothballs appear to work. Just bringing this up if you have these critters in your area.
