i have a 2009 PII and i cant find a good stop to mount a ram mounted unit on the console…does anyone have any pictures of their boat with one on it and a picture of one on the bow would be nice to see also.

The wedge area built into the dash works very well on newer rigs. On those already with an in dash try the side panel of the deck in front of the throttle or side of the console.

do you have any pictures…i have a unit in the dash now,its a 798ci..and i want a 998 on the console. and it want fit in the dash…thats why i want a picture to see how it will look.

There is an image of the RAM mount in the brochure. You should be able to see it in the newer display version on the Home page.

They checked and should have an image from production soon with a dash mounted RAM in the wedge.

thanks for the pictures…i was wondering how it would look….the problem i have is being able to turn it around enough to see it from the front deck…and with it mounted on the side i dont think ill be able to see it good from there…but thanks again for all the help…

i have another question about a ram mount spot…i have a empty spot where a radio would go to the left of the steering wheel…can this spot be use to mount a ram mounted large screen unit like a 1197? i was thinking if i used this area i would put a plate behind it to help support the weight.

It should be fine there, though we wonder if it would be in the way when exiting the console.
