I bought my first BassCat last year. I am the second owner.
The 2020 Invitational says it is open to “registered owners”. What do I need to do be a “registered” owner? Cost?

You can use the online owner warranty transfer on the quest application.

You can also mail it in. I believe its 200.00
I am sure BCB will chime in with more info.
Does this mean “registered with Basscat” or being able to show that you are registered with the State as the owner of the Basscat in question?

John I believe it is registered with Basscat.
The Owners Invitational is a reference to State Registration of your hull, not registration with BCB. That is a Transferrable option and you can register with Quest, though it is not required for the Invitational.
