Another place you can get a key is from Great Lakes Skipper. They have the Perko barrels and PE001 keys. Super cheap and nice to have an extra barrel or two laying around in case you get some grit in one causing it to bind up on you. I ordered two barrels and key sets after I bought my P2 last year and it didn’t come with any keys at all.
The unfortunate thing is almost every bass boat out there uses the exact same key, and anybody can buy a key. It keeps honest folks honest, and keeps a few idiots honest. But it is really about as secure as using 123456 or Password as your password for any login you have.
