Removable port consol on Pantera 4

I ordered a removable consol on my new Pantera 4. I thought that it would have a sturdy receiver type mount. Im now being told that it will not have the receiver mount kit. Instead it will be a screw in type. Anyone have a removable consol that they could post pictures of, im interested in both the screw in and the receiver mount.BCB have you got any construction photos. Im not a tourney fisherman and will probably take the consol in and out with regularity.

BCB is working on my 09 Puma at the facotry now. They are alomst done. Sure pics will be coming soon.

Those are in the brochure or the internet pages and they are VERY sturdy. We have installed several and these are a Stainless stem with a 8 mm shaft and threaded cams that pivot to lock the console into place. They are not just a screw in item. The pockets used to hold the T stems are capable of 150 pounds minimum and there are three used for the consoles. Very nice set up and very much like permanent when installed. The quick remove models we are not a fan of and we feel they vibrate and shake in time or if not secured properly. BCB

BCBIve looked at the brochure and internet pages and cannot find any pics or info on the Stainless stems or the pockets. Is this what is on my order sheet described as —removable consol receivers

Yes…I dont know what the retro will have. Heard different things. Saying its really going to be nice. Yet to see it….

The system consists of three assembly parts BCB has to build, and the pockets along with the stems. The cams tighten the console on barrel nuts and the stems secure it. The stems press out when shoved in and are removable. Tension is roughly 150 pounds capability and there are three pockets.

should take a look at the way charger boats have done theirs. It would work very well for older model bass cats. It is very simmply and very solid. It would be easy do it yourself. Basically would use 2 of the removable hinges that is used on your battery compartment lid on your Bass Cat with a locking latch on the wall. I will post a link if I can find the video. The new BCB removable consoles are awesome by the way. Kodos to BCB for yet another inovation.
