Removing flush mounted finder – fill hole?

Morning all. Im replacing my Lowrance M56 graph with a LMS-520. Plan to mount the 520 off to the right of the console so that I can swing it around and view it from the front as well. Id like to remove the M56 graph so I can sell it. That would leave a good size hole in the dash. Has anyone done this? If so what did you fill the hole with? I saw somewhere where a guy had a Triton and filled the hole with a nice looking black cover with Triton printed on it. Sure would be sweet to have a similar item with BassCat on it. Thoughts? Most install their units in that hole, so this panel feature is not available from BCB. Since we dont have dashes with pre cut holes, we have no needs for a panel to cover a panel cut out on new boats. BCB

You can get some plexi-glass from Lowes cut and shape to cover the hole then paint the back black and then screw in place to cover the hole. Then get a BCB sticker to dress it up. Brian Hash
