Removing fuel

I have a 05 Puma and need to remove bad gas from the saddle tanks, any suggestions on the easiest way? Thanks, Mark

Pretty simple as the fill is straight down and you can see the tank bottom.

So how long can the gas sit before its considered bad? My Cougar had full tanks when it went to the shop back in June. last year i filled my tanks in october expecting to get out over the winter never did until april and it fired right up. i did use stabil. the red type, did not know about marine stabil until this year. i also added the kwickleen. maybe i just got lucky but seemed to be fine
