Removing GPS module

I am trying to remove a Lowrance GPS module from the back of a 2005 Cougar and cant seem to tell how it is bolted in. I can feel two long isolator type things from underneath but cant tell how to get them loose. Does the top of the module twist off and then you can get to the screws holding it down or what??

They are screwed up from the bottom.

Always hated those Lowrance mount from the bottom pucks.
