app 3 weeks ago i took tandem trailer to BCB to be repaired,this was my first trip to factory upon arrival i was meet by very professinal person named Pete.He went over trailer answered all questions and recomendations. I was very pleased with his knowledge and hospitality. All work was done in a few weeks just as promised, upon pickup of trailer Pete was on vacation and behold another professinal showed up in his place Bobby Lee. I would like to say Thank you BCB
