Do you think one of the new Mercury ProXS 4 strokes will be too heavy to put on the back of a 2004 Pantera Classic? The new four stroke motor looks to be about 100 pounds heavier than the 2004 EFI I have on it now.
Dont forget, BCB was hanging 200 optis on those boats as well, 500+ pounds. I have an 08 with a 505 pound pro xs on the back, runs like a scalded dog. Doesnt sink when fishing. Jumps out of the water when taking off.
