I have a 2008 Puma, and I have already gone through two reverse lights (under the bunks on the trailer). Both of the lights/bulbs eventually got water inside and quit working. I really like having the lights, so I want to keep them working. Anybody know if there is a LED light I can use that will mount on the trailer or is there a better option?

The lights are a sealed beam and we prefer the flood type lights. Though this is a topic we are looking at now. BCB

We dont have a different one yet, though you can get a medium range flood sealed beam at Tractor Supply that would work fine. Just request sealed beam. Which is what these lights are now.

Peterson Mfg. makes a backup LED called the “Great White” http//www.pmlightsco.com/products.cfm?cId=1&fId=66&pId=2266 I checked into them a couple years ago and they were pretty expensive.They were talked about in Bass and Walleye Boats and are very bright apparently. The system you now have only costs about $7 to replace a bulb. You could replace many bulbs before you recoup the cost of these LEDs Bob Olinski

Tractor Supply does not stock a rectangular lamp to fit the Truck-Lite case. Do you know what the part number is of the bulb currently used in this fixture? Truck-Lite denies this light, Model #507, even exists so they are no help on the lamp model number.
