Reverse lights

I just noticed I have 2 huge reverse lights on the trailer but they don;t come on when backing up. Do you have to turn them on someplace or are they just burnt out?

They power from the front and since they are both out we would suspect a wire issue, otherwise it would be the feed from the truck, though you could not back up in that case. BCB
