Im looking to upgrade my 14″ rims that came standard on my Margay. My wife spoke with BassCat parts and they mentioned I would need a negative offset and I could go up to a 15″ rim. Ive talked with a few online companies since BassCat is closed till next year and Im curious if I got the right information from my wife. Here are my questions, would I need a negative offset or zero offset? Is there many levels of negative offset or just a straight negative offset. The online places based on the measurements they asked me to get call for a zero offset. Is a 15″ the largest I could go up to without having to replace my fenders? Will a larger rim affect the way I push my boat around in my driveway when it is on its jack wheel? I heard aluminum rim is the way to go. The local Town Fair Tire was a deer in headlights when I went in there and asked if they had anything that would fit. They just told me they were more auto and this is a trailer/boat related purchase and they were not the best bet for me. I thought that was a little strange. I just wanted something with black/aluminum in it. I was going to upgrade to a radial as well. Thanks and if there is any information that I might have missed or didnt ask please feel free to throw it out there if you have been through this before.ThanksJay
