Last week 3 of us went to Lake Fork for 5 days of fishing. Mid-morning of the 1st day, my 250ProXS developed a miss and lost power.I took it to a local service shop, explained our situation and asked if they could check it out quickly so as not to ruin our fishing plans. They said “leave it and MAYBE we can get to it this afternoon”.At that point I called Tommy Yetts at Rockwall Marine and explained our situation. He said “bring it in, well get right on it!” After driving the 40 or so miles back to Rockwall, we arrived at Tommys dealership. 20 minutes and a new ignition coil later, we were on our way back to the lake! Rockwall Marines reaction to our problem absolutely saved our fishing plans.THANKS TOMMY!!!!Considering all the posts about bad service we see these days, I felt the need to post this story about this good service experience.C.

I know some dealerships and business are very busy and some are not. But all we want to do as boat owners is get on the water and enjoy. Enjoy our friends, family, fishing and fellowship. And when something goes wrong and this happens, it is very frustrating. It is good to know that businesses are willing to take the time and effort and go above and beyond for things like this. These are the things that are very important to us and we remember and value this treatment. We are all willing to pay for what is needed, we are not asking for something free, but to have it taken care NOW, is very nice. I am yet to need service from my dealer, but I am sure I will be taken care of also. Having never met anyone from Rockwell marine, I would have expected nothing less than what you experienced. It seems everyone and everything associated with Bass Cat Boats is just better than the rest. Britt

Rockwall Marines service department is a VERY busy one. What makes this incident so special to me was that they were willing to give my problem a priority in order to keep our fishing trip from being ruined. Im sure that my having purchased the boat there 3 years ago had a bearing on their reaction to my problem. If I decide to get a new one sometime in the future, you can bet Ill be going back to Rockwall Marine!C.
