I know some dealerships and business are very busy and some are not. But all we want to do as boat owners is get on the water and enjoy. Enjoy our friends, family, fishing and fellowship. And when something goes wrong and this happens, it is very frustrating. It is good to know that businesses are willing to take the time and effort and go above and beyond for things like this. These are the things that are very important to us and we remember and value this treatment. We are all willing to pay for what is needed, we are not asking for something free, but to have it taken care NOW, is very nice. I am yet to need service from my dealer, but I am sure I will be taken care of also. Having never met anyone from Rockwell marine, I would have expected nothing less than what you experienced. It seems everyone and everything associated with Bass Cat Boats is just better than the rest. Britt
