Very sad situation there. I have a work friend that went there today to bring inlaws back to Wichita, as they lost everything. Everything…

that is such a sad situation up there. I have had to help with the aftermath of the tornado in Manila about 12 hrs ago. there were 2 children killed, and had to take a family to identify them.. that was sad!!! I cant even imagine this event.. prayers are sent for you Joplin!!

Guys my sister lives there and their house is about 10 miles from the center of the destruction. it is a terrible situation and those folks truly need all the prayers we can send out. My Brother in law was supposed to be at the hospital in surgery when the tornado hit however for some reason the surgery was delayed by an hour and he was still at home. His office was in a strip mall right next to the hospital and he lost everything there, all his instruments and medical implants. He and my 15 year old nephew went down to see if they could salvage anything and they said it was just a horifing experience, digging through the aftermath looking for missing folks. I am sure that it will haunt lots of folks for a good long while.If anyone gets a chance to help these folks out there is going to be a lot that they need to try and regroup.Treat everyday like it might be the last

I had emailed Monday morning to check on two of my friends and fellow bass Cat Owners, Brad Farren and Larry Tasker. I just got a reply from Brad, and hope all BCB Family will keep them and their families in thoughts and prayers. The story of Grandmother Tasker and his family was in the St. Louis Post Dispatch yesterday…From Brad this morning:”Gary thanks for the email. All of my family survived. We’re so blessed & grateful!!! My grandmother was dug out of her collapsed house Sunday & has some injuries. Monday morning we dug out my best friend’s (Larry Tasker) grandmother, but unfortunately she did not survive. His grandma, parents, a sister & nephew all lived on the same block. Information we have received has been sketchy and varied, though it appears some of our BCB family there still is missing.

Chris Burgess is fine and sent me a text the other day checking on my mom who lives there. She and my uncle and aunt lost their house and all of their belongings but are safe. I went there to help out and one can not even begin to imagine how bad it is. The pics on TV and what it looks like in person are night and day.
