RPM and speed problems on 2017 Jaguar

2017 Jaguar, Running a 250 Sho on a hydraulic jack plate. Cant get rpms over 5100 with top speed 57mph. Any suggestions? Where are you running jack plate? What prop and pitch is needed for optimal performance?could it be the hotfoot?

It could be it is not advancing the throttle, and it could be propeller or setup. Most run well with the 250 SHO.Get with your local dealership and see what they have to say and let us know which propeller you have. BCB

Came with a 25 pitch v-max

The V-Max should be the one and since your not turning RPMs something is up. You might have to drop to a 23″ though your RPMs seem low still.

Id take BCBs advice and get dealer support.

Your numbers are way to low for it to be just motor height. Something is off and you need a tech to look at it. Report back what you find out.
