R&R Jackplates!

If you have an issue with a R&R Designs Jackplate, who warranties the product? My inner gib squeeze clamp finaly stripped out today. One of the bolts has been hard to loosen since purchase 2 months ago!James

You can run it to your/a BCB dealer and let them help you on this. It will be an R & R Warranty in some form, perhaps through BCB. R & R makes a good plate, and we have had very little issue with them. Though all things mechanical can break as you know. BCB

We doubt Bowden has a spare plate, though we can send one down this week and it should not be a problem. BCB
