I only have it connected to the control panel. If I unplug from the control panel. It doesn’t so it. I’m also having issues with the ground. Yesterday all of a sudden the recirculating pump turn on. I have the ground for pin number 3 cut. So I disconnected that ground. The recirculating pump turned off but the fill pump turned on when the ground was disconnected. The previous owner redid a bunch of the wiring but it looks like maybe just the connections. What are the odds the panel is bad and is causing these issues? The panel is the bp101
You said “The previous owner redid a bunch of the wiring but it looks like maybe … ”
Ok that scares me. I would look into all of the “rewired” work and maybe remove it and redo it all properly.
Having the pump just turn on is definitely an indication that something is wrong and needs addressing.
Good luck, patience will be your best friend for this one
