I have a 2023 Bass Cat Puma STS, and I’m having problems keeping the lights illuminated when starting the engine.After starting the outboard, the lights OCCASIONALLY go out. It does NOT cause any interruption of power to my graphs which are on the same battery, just the running lights. You can start the motor five times, and may only lose the lights once or twice. The stern running light has a considerable amount of play when placed in the socket. Any thoughts…

Be sure there are copper washers under the last wire, next to the terminal stud. Those improve connections to the terminal posts and that has been an issue. We install them new, though we have seen them removed by dealership technicians that don’t understand their need. They are just trying to gain depth for wiring connections.
