This Saturday at DVL is the Wounded Warrior tourniment, I would like to thank Rick and BCB for their support of our veterans. If your planning on going, (to the few west coasters on here) I will be in the WalMart parking on lot 1231 S Sanderson Ave from 3:00am – 4:00am. For the Cat owners I will pass a hat or two for your service riders depending on how many your gonna pick up. I will hop in line at 4am as Lynne from National Bass says they will start setting up at 03:45 and hats left Ill toss in for the raffle. Last year we ended up with 95 boats and 160 service personal mostly Marines. I am not part of the group just one who tries to what one can for our brothers and sisters who serve. Thanks againSteve MolinaUSN 1970-1975Viet Nam 70-73

HeyWhy did that guy in the PII pass you? Had a great day.
Yeah I dunno. Wheres the video so we can figure it out?Lots of fun, wish I had the energy to stay for the BBQ. I counted the hours, since the 12th I had 18 hours total of sleep.- Chaz
I too had a great day and a long day (up at 1:30am). Good to meet some Kitty owners, BassCat was well represented and they were all beauties. The Warriors were awsome and we cant do enough to thank them for their service. Sadly many have not made it back and it is our loss and we should never forget and remember them this coming Memorial Day. Does anyone have a count of the number of boats and Warriors were at this event? ps: Still cleaning the green stuff off of all of my gear, the green slime was heavy out there.Last edited by Devoreflyer on May 20th, 2012, 6:13 pm, edited 1 time in total.
This is the email from Lynn Peterson. They really put together a real show. Not a huge fan of the valet launch and recovery, had to go back to get my boat all the way on the trailer, but it was awesome. I liked driving the guys into the weigh in. Made them seem like they were real contenders. Pretty cool if you ask me. Too bad Mr. Murphy decided to have an algae bloom this week. Dear anglers,All together 87 teams came out and honored the men and women soldiers that have fought for our country.THANK YOU to all the teams that fished today. Many friends were made by anglers fishing with their warrior for the day. LOTS of raffle prizes were won and SOOOOO many stories to be told.RIchard Miller, Mike Nemec and the rest of the Lake Elsinore Bass Club worked very hard and long hours to make this event another success. We hope that you all will share your experiences with us as we would love to hear them.Attached, please find the results for the event. Videos and photos will follow within a few days. Many photographers were there and will be getting us the photos. We will post them on our facebook, website and email the links to you all! http://nationalbasswest.c…12-wounded-warrior-eventMany blessings to all the men/women who participated today. Many of them are going back to war and need our support and prayers.Lynne PetersonNaitonal Bass West760-497-8238- Chaz
