This all popped up around 40 hours ago as the show was opening and John was experiencing issues, thus a trip to the ER. He is expected to do fine as reports were late last night. They did perform emergency surgery to relieve the pressure from swelling due to blood on the brain. Another proceedure was to remove a blood clot which they feel was successful. Until Johns condition stabilizes he is in a medicated unconscious state, then they will return to complete a process in another surgery, then recovery is anticipated. It seems that he is not out of the woods, however has a tunnel with light in sight. The source of the issue is suspected to be a recent eye surgery. For the show, Ed, Mike and others are working to secure the show while William Bowden tends to business at the shop and family. Bowden has an excellent staff of volunteers coming together at the Houston show to help out in many ways. They also will be helping to move boats out once the show is over on Sunday night and Monday. This should really help William and John Sr. to just move things back into the their facility without running back and forth across Houston with so much on their plate. Prayer is one thing we can all do for the Bowden family as this all comes together.
