I had a great opportunity to help educate several Rescue and Recovery teams from Missouri and Arkansas along with the Corps of Engineers on Bull Shoals lake last Saturday. My task was to assist them on how to use our fishing electronics in the rescue aid of victims in the water. We spent time in a classroom going over settings, gps, and general set up followed by placing a “dummy” victim in the water and using structure scan to find it.I was thankful to be a part of this and came away with the satisfaction that my assistance will help these teams find everything that they are looking for. We found our “victim” quickly and all teams came away with more confidence on their electronics in regards to using them, adjusting filters, and general setup. We did not procure any “demo like” images of what we were looking for but came away with good interpretations on the screen. If anyone has any questions regarding electronic setup with Humminbird graphs, please contact me with any inquiries. I would be glad to help and assist as I learned much in the way of how these work through an entirely different perspective. Also, if you see any of these guys out on the water, tell them thank you for all that they do…………most of them are volunteers anyway.Sincerely,Matt Beckler
