Anybody know of a really good scratch remover? I already tried a product called “Scratch Doctor” and it didnt do anything to remove my scratch in my clear coat. Boat dock got me while tied up….
Depends on how bad the scratch is. If its through the gel coat to the fiberglass then youll need a fiberglass man to repair. If its in the gel coat, then you may be able to sand with 1000 -1200 wet sand paper then buff and wax. If youre not sure what you have, then post some pictures and there will be some here that can let you know what youre looking at. Good luck.

As was said, if its just in the clear coat, its an easy fix. If it got in the flake, take it and get it repaired by a qualified shop. Ive tried several aftermarket clear coats, and was not satisfied with any of them.
