several choices…(1) you can go to home depot / Lowes / etc and get some of the plastic inserts you use to hang pictures in drywall. IE you drill a hole, push it in, and the screw spreads the fingers out gripping the side. Used this on my classic foot control.(2) wellnuts. Similar to what is provided with a TM to mount it. Rubber inserts with metal threads. Tightening it up compresses and expands the rubber.(3) drill the holes to a larger size and use larger screws. Only works a couple of times for obvious reasons.I like #1 myself. cheap, easy and if you screw up the insert when removing the TM, you dont need to re-drill.
