Odds are this is your first with a 250 or 225 Pro XS engine and the semi solid motor mounts do wreak havoc on some with a few hundred hours on them.

They generally have not sold them. Check with Sea StarSolutions to see if they do now?

This is a nylon washer issue and wear on the aluminum plates usually. You can remove and replace the washer bushings with a substitute if desired, though ultimate replacement of the cylinder in the suggested fix. There could be some play though mostly it is in the gap that develops. Be sure to check the tension nut also as that allows play.
