We suggest slicing the existing bushing on two sides with a Saber Saw and remove the halves. Then drive the new bushing in using a wooden block and hammer as mentioned, though knock the everlovin crud out of the block to drive the bushing in quickly. Two to three licks works best to prevent mushrooming the new bushing and then you may and may not have to resize it.Usually resizing opens the bushings too much and the will be sloppy from the start if your not careful.
