There is no retrofit that Im aware of. Therefore, you would have to purchase the seats

The speakers have not been set up for a conversion. We would have to check with the staff that was responsible for this and see if they considered that.

There is no conversion for the seat speakers for seats. We would suggest trying to have your stereo shop look for some mid range or tweeters in a poly cone. There are plenty of options. You could fasten them into that area with some models. BCB

If I want to have the speakers in the head rests do I have to order the entire seat or can I order the speakers themselves and install thembasscat24
