This is how it is supposed to work. This is how others work. You call and no one answers the phone, but you get a message to leave your name and phone # and they will get right back to you. No call. So you send a email or use a web order form, but never get a confirmation that they received your order. A couple days go by and no part. You try the phone again. After several calls someone actually answers, and it takes 20 mins on hold listening to the same stupid commercial while they do who knows what. Finally they come back and tell you the part is back ordered, and will be about a week. Two weeks go by and a box arrives at your door. Of course, it is the wrong part. After you send it back, you wait, call and email 5 more times the right part finally arrives. Later when you CC statement comes, you find out that you have been double billed for the part. Back to the phone to try to get your money back.
