Dont know anything & purely speculation but if it was just one guy maybe he just had enough, three top guys at once sounds more like a plan to me. Just sayin. Either way it should open a few eyes for sure.

Companies like Ranger, or for that matter anybody that gets bought out buy bigger companies, the buyers, in this case, John Morris, like to install their own management team. If for no other reason other than their own control. Im sure Ranger will be fine!! …. ??

BamaCat, its hard to say that after 46 years of work its time to retire. The Pierce family has been doing that for as many years. I wouldnt want to tell Rick its time to retire. Thatll be his choice when hes ready. Its probably a corporate business decision and may have included a retirement package, we will never know. I work for a family owned business and when the kids took over we got a new President and VPs.
