Slow filling gas tank

Hold a probe in th neck to hold the flap open and then use a small LED light to view the neck for obstructions down in the tank. In 2016 we had some tanks that would curl the red insert and restrict flow. The number is really low, though in one period the liner of the tanks was restricting the insert install and curling it inwards. Otherwise the newer systems npmeet minimum flow refs.

One of mine was doing the same. My issue was, there is a little black flapper that somehow broke off and fell to the next ledge where it laid flat over the tube, it would let gas in but painfully slow. Look in there for it with a flashlight. Take a long screwdriver and push on flap to make sure its working properly. I was able to fish mine out of there and I can run pump full blast now.

I looked in the tank and the red liner has almost completely blocked the opening. How do I go about fixing this? My dealer is 6 hours away so I hope this is something I can take care of.
