Snapshot on how they make a propeller at Mercury ~ interesting!

Maybe I can send my 27 Trophy Plus back to these guys. I had an ear break off as I was running this weekend. This prop was used very little and I was the only owner. This prop still looks like a new prop except missing an ear. If a prop breaks do you throw them away or is there any investigating that could be done to see if the prop had a defect?Greg

If warranty doesnt replace it: I hit a submerged log several years ago, destroyed one blade and mangled the other 2. Local prop shop repaired it at less than 1/2 cost of a new one. Made my insurance agent happy and the guy did a little tuning in the process, was better after the repair than new.

In your case I would see what I could get out of Merc first.
