Soft Plastic Tackle Management

I have the easyview in my Sabre and I have not had any problems. I did find that the glue was not sufficient to hold and had to put small screws in to hold. BCBs and others report rusting as being a problem and recommend the Cooks system. So far mine have only rusted on the ends where I cut them off to fit. But you need to use the hooks that they provide. Really they are just like shower curtain hooks. They work pretty well and the glue will hold the Cooks onto the lids where it wont hold the Easy View. All of that being said, I like the Easy View for bags and the Cooks for lures. Just my opinion. I had have had both on other boats.

I got a Shimano “Baraja” monster tackle binder w/ 20 extra ziplock sleeves and replaced the original small snap lock rings with big heavy duty 4″ snap lock rings I got from a hardware store. Im able to organize about 75 – 100 bags of soft plastics and find whatever I want to use in only a couple of seconds. Its also easier to just grab the bag when Im gathering tackle to go fishing out of a friends boat.
