Hey guys I posted this on Facebook but I need a lil help with the sale of my boat. Looking to put my boat on the market in a few weeks but I dont know how much to ask. Here is the details….1999 Basscat Cougar 2008 Yamaha 250 HPDI Series 2HDS 9T and HDS 7T, Gen 2sMinn Kota Fortrex 80 lb Thrust New bucket SeatsNew steering wheelUpgraded courtesy lightsMotor has about 860 Hours on it but 200 on rebuilt powerhead from Yamaha. Boat and trailer are in great condition. Any help will be great. I was thinking $16K but wanted to check to make sure Im fair and in the ballpark. Then youll have to figure knocking some $ off for electronics, etc as they are “used.” Depending on your location, your price may be too high or too low. For example, if you live in an area where bass fishing is very popular, you could get that or more, maybe. An area where there isnt much fishing or different species rule, maybe not so much. $16K is probably a good start.

Thank you. That helps as it shows low at 15600 and high at 17700. I’m in the Lake Fork area so I think 16500 is a great starting point. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Spot on. Good location and locals know Bass Cats are seen there frequently. With boat shows around the corner and fishing at Fork picks up in a month or two, should sell pretty quick. Good Luck!
