If you purchase a new Bass Cat during Mercury’s spring promo from Jan1-Mar31 2018(3 year plus 2 gold), does the two year gold Bass Cat spring promo extend this to 7 years?(3 year plus 4 years of gold)
Bass Cat added both 1 and 2 years Gold to product in some of their promos, and yes some now have 7 years. This was common the last few seasons in some situations.
Make sure that your dealer registered the motor with Mercury. Your motor is normally not registered for warranty until the dealer does it and they have to do it during the promotion for you to get the extra warranty.
