A friend just purchased a 2005 P11 that had set up last few years, It is very difficult to move the steering wheel either way. What do we need to check, are there any simple solutions.
Disconnect the motor from the steering. This will determine if its the steering cable or the motor its self. More than likely the steering cable is froze from rust. Replacement is your best bet. Dont take chances with questionable steering. Good luck!
