Steering Wheel Change

I have a new to me 2011 Basscat Sabre. My question is, how difficult is it to change our steering wheels to the new style? Does it take a special pulling tool to get the old one off? I dont know that i will ever get around to it but the new ones sure look nice.

It is a bit to pull one and a pulling tool is probably required, though it is a doable thing if you dont have to cut the old hub off to save the shaft.

Its worth renting a steering wheel puller, Ive also had them slide right off without a puller. Good luck.
