The simplest solution is a total replacement on the wheel. The vendor on those wheels is a different vendor than we now use and thus the complications. The center cap is probably what you are after only, as they can become dislodged and missing. That part is NLA as far as we know. We will do some more research on that, though this is what we have learned previous. Another answer is for a used wheel from someone who has replaced their “05 and prior wheel to the newer style. We try very hard on service, and sometimes we still come up short once supplies are diminished.
