I have a 200hp evinrude on a 92 p2 and tried both of them props. With the renegade I had my motor too low and didnt know any better. It didnt like the 26p raker at all very poor hole shot and only 5800rpms on top.Right now Im running a 25p tempest plus. It is taking some work to get it just right but is by far the best prop so far.

i am getting a 200 johnson for my 95 pantera2 and it doesnt have a prop. my other motor is a jonhson 150 fast strike. what suggestions for prop size do you guys have?

Doubt that red motor decal will match the malibu red, chrome might look better? Will be great looking rig no matter what………….Its a BASSCAT!

To me theres not much difference. Read less and drive more and youll eventually get there. Good luck.

Thats a simple description. It just takes seat time and slow bumps. The Verado trim is fast and you just have to take it in small steps.

Thanks for the response Phil and Bass Cat Boats.The problem is I would rather be throwing the frog in the morning instead of driving. After about 9:30 the boat traffic on the local waters gets to be to much for all out runs. Tough problem to have I guess. I really need to just take the boat and leave the rods and tackle at home but its just so hard to do.

That thing has to be thirsty though. Maybe Rick posted fuel burn numbers and I missed them but over 5000 RPMs I bet you can watch the gas gauge drop. I would love to drive that bad boy though. A boat that big running that fast has to be fun to drive.
