switching outboard motors

Hey family, sold my puma and bought the new Jag at Barnes marine. the Jag comes with a 250 sho,and the puma the 250 merc. so the cases of oil are sold, can I keep the gear lube, grease gun and lithium lube?what about the fuel additives? quick-clean and the blue Sta-bil.Do you guys know if Yamaha will be coming out with a 300 or 350 Sho, or will I have to swap out to merc to get max hp for the big cat!!!! THANKS

That SHO shouldnt be a bad engine on that set up.As for additives we would stick with what they suggest and there is no knowledge of a 300 or 350 SHO engine. They have announced most everything out through into 2016. BCB

put some “325” stickers over the sho “250” stickers and then wait for it……..wait for it…….wait for it………there it is = boat ramp frenzy discussion.

Thats why I covered my numbers with tuff skins motor cover without the numbers!
