I think the laws as to the lights you can run on your trailer vary from state to state. I know in Alabama, you can only have amber or red. Amber toward the front and red at the rear. I asked a state trooper a few months ago…thats what I was told. As far as attaching them, I believe you just glue them on. Wiring them should be pretty easy, just tap into the brown running light wire and ground the other wire. You can contact Mike Daleo, of Blue Water LED lighting.
