Trying to figure out how to mount my Hummingbird SI transducer back onto my slide master jack plate after installing the Talon brackets? Currently have a 6″ slide master JP with a transducer shield saver mount on the side. The talon bracket covers up the mount locations? Anyone have any photos and/or suggestions?Big thanks to Jones Trolling motor on getting me (2) 12 talons, great service!

We do not mount Talon units at the factory though they did mount some specialty for those sponsored by MinnKota. We do not know how they mounted to transducer shields.

Can you post a picture. Im thinking (but dont remember exact) if you mount the brackets in the “higher” holes, there is room left at the bottom for the transducer shield.JohnJones Trolling Motor Services870 773 3474Motorguide/MinnKota/PowerPole/Lowrance/Humminbird

My 2013 p2 has the SI tranducer & shield mounted to the JP toward the bottom on the Starboard side. I installed my 12 Talon on the Port side.i dont have any pictures, but Ill try and get some later today

Lit looks like there is room at the bottom of the JP if you mount the Talon on the Starboard side for the tranduceryou just need to drill and tap into it.
