Just got through with year end and………….I……………BCBs……………….number #1 nemesis (j.k.) Got Plant manager of the year and a 10k increase. Heck yeah I am proud and I just wanted to strut! You guys put up with my BS and got my ego in check so I wanted to let you all know! BTW………whoever responds to these posts for BC………….One thing got through……………”it is how we handle our issues “. I will leave it at that! Who would of though buying a boat could teach you about life?

Congratulations to you for your Achievement! You should be downright proud! Our part is just a little part of humanity. Otherwise it will humble you quick! We dont think we did anything to impress upon you what you should and did already know. Just continue to treat things as you would like to have them treated, and maybe you can keep thanking God for his help! Great job and congratulations are in order. You remember the old saying about “patience is a virtue”…by being patient, stepping back and re-assessing, you were able to achieve great things…and giving thanks to the Lord is where it all starts. Yes, Congrats. You can impress the bosses by doing an extra superb job on my new P4 coming to So. Cal. that was just ordered. Im happy to be on the team, and hoping to come get the boat and meet you all. Dave Wilson
