When I returned home yesterday I found a box from BCB. It contained not only the promo rain suit (Which is awesome by itself), but also a very nice jacket and hat. What I found most special, was a hand written note from Rick himself, acknowledging my new boat purchase and the dealer. What an amazing company to do business with! This is my first Bass Cat boat; I am extremely pleased with the quality of the boat, and the exceptional customer service from the folks inside. I just can’t imagine being in anything different from here on out. You have truly made me feel like a member of the Bass Cat family.
