Just wanted to say thanks for the Linda Colt connection @ Lowrance. Had some issues with my units (522ci & networking) that she took care of asap. Also referred a buddy whos been waiting for repair for two months…she took care of him immediately as well. Very impressive person to deal with…much like BCB. Guys, if you have Lowrance issues and you can get in touch with her (kinda seems like shes a one-person show & hard to lasso)…shell fix you up. Thanks, BCB, for the networking contact….still be without electronics if not for you guys. Just another feather in the cap for BCB customer service.
